Staff and rooms were ideal and I loved it. The room met standards, compact with view of chrysler building.

Loved hotel' s staff and location, had a wonderful stay for first night of stay. Extremely comfy beds and coffee and tea making equipment, a sitting area, and a writing desk.

The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had very good staff and location. The room was neat on the 27th floor and had climate control, a seating area and a writing desk.

The staff and location at the hotel were perfect, everything was good. Early check-in was a bonus. There was a superb bar on site.

Tbh, had a pleasant stay for first night of stay. Everything was perfect, including especially helpful staff and perfect location near grand central station. Easy check-out was useful. Moreover, parking was nearby.

Exceptional staff and the place was fairly clean. The room was neat, huge with comfortable bed and microwave plus free drinks, I was pleased. The breakfast had lots of great food and drinks. The venue was in a very central location near the subway and Grand Central Station. Midtown East was also close to the hotel.

In a simply wonderful position with a truly special ocean view. Staff were more than helpful and empathetic, they treated us like family.

I appreciated the lobby, it was cool. Breakfast was very tasty with different milk, jam, pastries, cheese and bread.

The hotel was small and the a la carte restaurant was spacious. Easy check-in and efficient customer service. Refreshing coffee, tea and spirits in the poolside bar, good parking place. The staff was decent and we would stay here again.

The room was decent, the bed was nice, the staff were useful. Prime location, 15 minutes' walk to Broadway Road.

Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and efficient. The rooms are compact and functional, have fairly new bathroom.

The staff were pleasant; it was good value. Room was newly decorated and newly renovated, and breakfast was tasty. Spectacular view of ocean. And I loved the private bathroom. The pool was very clean too. The location was so ideal, not very far from trump tower.

Top location; very comfy bed; well kept room. Really kind personnel, was willing to help. Plenty of supplies in the room: flat-screen TV and terrace. The restaurant was trendy and tidy.

The place is clean enough, the room is lovely small, the staff is professional. Very convenient location just a short stroll away from a 9.603-acre privately managed public park.

Everything was okay! Efficient location, fab room and I loved cheerfull staff. Booked a room with absolutely brilliant views. Speedy check in and exceptional service throughout my stay. Due to free wifi, I spent time really good here. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Coco that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

I visited New York for a business stay and had an awesome experience at this hotel. The property was very tidy, featured modern design, I loved it. Quiet bed in the standard queen room, and microwave, fridge and flat-screen television. Every staff member I met was willing to help.

This place was ultimate and had EXCELLENT location and staff, I liked it. I used private parking nearby. Besides, it had free internet, handy to surf the net.
